It's always a scale of grey. But within the EU, Czechia is still a decent place, good security, people are usually peaceful, Prague easy to live for a foreigner. Easy use of bitcoin. Decent taxation too (although that feels like an oxymoron). The current president is a military general, so I'm not sure where it will bring this country, but people love him cause he's handsome. So there's that.
For great weather in Europe,and bitcoin lifestyle also consider Madeira. Be warned, Portugal is a socialist hell, so don't become a tax resident there (not more than 180 days).
For taxes - Paraguay. Also nice calm life there, paraguayans are not Latinos. The countryside is boring and decimated by endless soybean fields. But you can buy cheap land and build on it without much state intervention. The country is one of the safest in Americas and on a rise. People are very nice. Cheap to live. Bad infrastructure. But close to awesome travel destinations: Brasil, Argentina, Chile, Bolivia.. Oh and amazing grassfed beef, if you're into that.

even a lot of coal is abiotic, if you take oil and squash it hard enough you push the oxygen and hydrogen out of it as well. this is also why there is usually coal in amongst diamond deposits too, as if you squish it hard enough, the carbon turns into a crystal with all of the other atoms driven out (because carbon's melting point, it doesn't have a melting point, it sublimates at the highest temperature of any non-metallic substance, and most metals as well, at around 5500`C)
the story that oil, coal and gas come from fossils is a scam
some of the more upper surface stuff is, the irish burn plant material that has sat under stagnant water for long periods, this is called "peat" and this is indeed from living stuff but you don't get vast deposits of this anywhere. at best, you have fossils that have been squashed and sat under gigatons of sediment, and even then mostly only the very high boiling calcium triphosphate of bones is all that is left. there has been found a few instances of soft, high carbon tissue found in fossil deposits but it is very rare, this is part of how they concoted this "fossil fuels" narrative. it was just a racket to try and paint a picture that abiotic carbon under the ground is rare.
it is not rare, but it does cost more to extract when it is under the sea (75% of the available carbon is there under the seabed) and why is there more of it there, also? because the sea bed is closer to the source of the carbon, bubbling out of the magma.
