As for whether emails are "safe", it depends on what you mean.
If what you care about is that the content isn't readable by third parties (which isn't the issue at hand), just use PGP/GPG (which is pretty much what Proton does anyways).

公募行业再失良将。
4月30日晚间，融通基金公告称基金经理范琨因休产假的原因离任，公告显示她已经在协会办理了变更手续。
“女员工因为休产假而暂离岗位，这种情况很常见，等到产假休完后再公告恢复履职就可以。但是因为休产假而离任，这意味着她将彻底离职。”公募业内评论人士告诉界面新闻记者。
公开资料显示，范琨是复旦大学金融学硕士，具有12年证券、基金行业从业经历，具有基金从业资格。2012年7月加入融通基金管理有限公司，历任化工行业研究员、周期行业研究组组长、研究部副总监、研究部总经理。

事实上，自去年6月份范琨卸任“融通明锐”基金经理时，她“即将离职”的说法便在业内流传。该基金的调整公告表示，范琨离任原因是内部调整。对此，有业内人士曾解释，调整或与工作减负有关。
从业绩来看，融通内需驱动A/B是范琨的代表作，自2020年2月份任职至今回报率为99.77%，年化回报率达到了14.13%。在2023年三季度末，范琨的管理规模达到了109.39亿元，跻身“百亿梯队”。
范琨的投资风格以追求绝对收益为主，特别注重控制回撤。以融通内需驱动A/B为例，2021年至2023年，该基金持股数量均维持在100只以上，持股换手率较高且变动幅度大，2021年高达660.92%，2023年又降至66.22%，这在公募基金中并不常见。
以2021年二季度末为例，“融通内需驱动AB”股票仓位为88.4%，其后的三季度末股票仓位为62.3%，仓位大幅下调26.1%，四季度末仓位再度提升至88.2%。在基金季报中，范琨表示，“自己买的是相对价值”，并不是传统意义上的价值投资。
公开资料显示，融通基金于2001年5月22日成立于深圳，注册资本1.25亿元人民币。2022年5月份，经过证监会批准，融通基金的股东变更为诚通证券股份有限公司（持股60%）和日兴资产管理有限公司（持股40%）。公司的实际控制人为中国诚通控股集团有限公司，是国务院国资委监管的中央企业。
在公司股权变更尘埃落定后，2022年三季度，融通基金资产管理规模为2765亿元，创下历史新高，公募管理规模为1687.52亿元。这主要得益于当年三季度公司发行了融通中证诚通央企科技创新ETF、融通中证诚通央企红利ETF、融通中证诚通央企ESG ETF三只央企主题指数ETF，其中，融通中证诚通央企科技创新ETF首发规模17.85亿元，创年内主题型ETF新高。
范琨的离开对融通基金来说是不小的损失。Wind数据显示，截至5月1日，融通基金在管公募规模为1491.38亿元，非货规模为736.12亿元，股票型基金为130.96亿元，混合型基金为165.59亿元，债券型基金为419.98亿元。
其中，主动权益类产品（普通股票、偏股混合、灵活配置）共有69只（不同份额分开计算），资产净值规模在2亿元以上的仅有26只。融通基金官网显示，权益投资团队共有19位基金经理，现任权益投资部总经理为邹曦，在管规模为39.03亿元。
证监会在2022年4月发布的《关于加快推进公募基金行业高质量发展的意见》中提到，公募基金应引导基金管理人构建团队化、平台化、一体化的投研体系，提高投研人员占比，完善投研人员梯队培养计划，做好投研能力的积累与传承，扭转过度依赖“明星基金经理”的发展模式。
2024年3月15日，证监会发布《关于加强证券公司和公募基金监管加快推进建设一流投资银行和投资机构的意见（试行）》。文件指出，公募需摒弃明星基金经理现象，强化“平台型、团队制、一体化、多策略”投研体系建设。
今年以来，伴随着公募行业投研团队的不断壮大，一些知名基金经理的流动速度也在加快。Wind数据显示，截至5月1日，今年以来已经有125位基金经理离任，与此同时则有195位基金经理被新聘。
界面新闻记者了解到，公募行业正在逐渐摆脱个人效应，团队化作战渐成主流。今年一季度，随着科技行情的火热，多家公募机构密集推出科技主题基金。不过，与过往押注单个赛道并对基金经理进行大幅宣传不同，公募基金多以投研团队化、产品矩阵化等形式进行包装宣传，陆续打造出科技投资共同体、科技军团、科技十巨头、科技战队、科创家族、智造军团等诸多IP。
以鹏华基金为例，该基金打造了“科技投资共同体”，布局20多只科技主题产品，涵盖AI、新能源、半导体等领域，并通过主动和被动结合的“立体化矩阵”，实现对细分赛道的精准覆盖。景顺长城基金则打造了一支成员投资风格多元、对科技发展和投资有独特见解的“科技军团”，科技产品线布局涵盖主动和被动等不同类型的科技类基金产品。博时基金也在科创领域进行全线布局，通过构建博时科创家族产品体系，助力投资者把握科技投资机会。
