欧盟公布终止进口俄能源计划2027年为最后期限
当地时间6日，欧盟能源事务负责人丹·约根森在法国斯特拉斯堡的欧洲议会全体会议上公布了终止欧盟进口俄罗斯能源的计划。根据计划，欧盟将2027年定为最后期限，届时所有27个成员国（从内陆国家到沿海国家）必须逐步停止购买俄罗斯剩余能源，尤其是液化天然气运输船。计划将逐步进行。首先，到2025年底，禁止签订新的短期合同。第二阶段，到2027年底，将终止占俄罗斯天然气供应三分之二的长期合同。此外，还将实施进一步的限制措施，打击秘密运输俄罗斯石油的“影子船队”，并停止进口俄罗斯铀和其他核材料。此外，每个成员国都将被要求起草一份国家计划，详细说明他们打算如何从其能源结构中去除俄罗斯的天然气、核能和石油。
