That’s correct Jay. I expect the interest rates to come down. The better the asset and easier to work with, the smaller the interest rate should be. Not enough competition currently to drive interest rates down.

我觉得他应该是不懂,另外主要是捍卫自己坚持了大半辈子的价值观。
他认为只能买能带来现金流的好资产（好公司），低价买入，长期持有，持续收获。
他连黄金都看不上，觉得黄金不产生任何现金流，被他称为黄色的石头。
大饼也像黄色石头一样，不能产生任何现金流，人们纯粹在炒来炒去，就是投机倒把，真是有毒，是老鼠药，就算价格涨了，那也是老鼠药的平方。😂

The smart money will just pump the shit out of the top end of the housing market,as selling your primary residence has 0% CGT tax and no top limit.
And with the new loans 5% down 10 year interest only it will push the whole housing bubble higher, kicking the repercussions down the road 10 years.
Until the plebs can't repay the higher rate of the principle.
By then most of the pollies who wrote and voted for this legislation will be retired and it won't be their problem.
