Para Gallegos a expectativa é que o número de reestruturações continue a crescer ao longo de 2025, refletindo a desaceleração da economia e os desafios enfrentados por setores intensivos em capital.
O monitoramento, feito a partir de dados públicos, analisa a situação de 2,1 milhão de empresas. A RJ é a última medida antes de uma empresa decretar falência.
O setor com maior quantidade de empresas que aderiram à medida foi o industrial, com 1112 em processo de reestruturação — maior volume desde o início da série histórica. Há uma predominância de empresas ligadas ao agronegócio, como usinas sucroalcooleiras, laticínios e frigoríficos.
Após a indústria, o setor de serviços lidera os pedidos de recuperação judicial (1.105), seguido por comércio (996), infraestrutura, energia e saneamento (992), agropecuária (341) e outros setores (335). Os dados completos, por estado e atividade econômica, podem ser consultados no site da RGF.
O estudo ocorre desde junho de 2023, e exclui Empresas com CNPJs não ativos; Microempresas (MEs), pois não há quantidade representativa em Recuperação Judicial em relação ao total de empresas deste tipo; ONGs e entidades governamentais; e Filiais, para contabilização da empresa como uma unidade jurídica.
