I am certainly too stupid to see how all the hoop-jumping to proclaim the "rightly proper catholic church" is MY church, when it certainly ISN'T.
Also, I am definitely NOT a protestant anymore, even if I was raised mostly baptist with a bunch of Lutheran thrown in. NONE of these denominations are at all correct, right, or proper, ESPECIALLY "The Catholic Church." Yes, I am picking on catholics for being so dang obstinate about one form of human authority which was NOT established by any explicit Word from God. It was a political move to CONTROL the faithful. This has all the hallmarks of the same divide and conquer tactics employed by "The Enemy" (in quotes as that is itself a complicated topic that nearly no one in Christendom these days is capable of bothering to understand, sadly) to subvert the natural power of God's people.
So, as a non-denominational, anti-Catholic Christian, I REJECT ALL HUMAN AUTHORITY OVER ME, unless they are themselves a humble brother or sister in Christ who bears the fruit of the spirit plainly visible in their life. This excludes nearly everyone these days, which is truly sad. I will not bend a knee to politicians, inside the church or without.
Your lame attempts to shame Protestants for not understanding the wisdom of The Catholics is, quite frankly, pathetic. I don't appreciate being lumped in that way, as I hold beliefs that are, these days, considered heretical, even if they are very rooted in The Bible, which I will hold as a higher authority on what is and what should be and what shall be than any other human.

For us to be able to transition to an MOE and unit of account, the liabilities and assets throughout an economic ecosystem (think town or city) must start to become denominated in sats.
The more debt liability tied to the place I imagine the harder it is to rip away from having to denominate these in dollars.
If Bitcoiners (who are long term) really saw this clearly they would be putting their time and due attention towards the already growing economic systems that are embedding this protocol as the new frame of reference.

We are championing privacy, sovereignty, giving credits out in and denominated in Bitcoin, facilitating payrolls in Bitcoin, providing option of multi-sig custody for when a family member dies, Austrian economics as classes, embedding in the youth that the marginal cost of production goes to 0 and prices naturally fall looking through the lens of a finite monetary network backed justly by raw energy.
I challenge you and Ego Death, to come and see the community(ies) for yourself to nurture your viewpoint and get deeper within this framework; and to help bolster it out, if you believe you can. As this will be the base by which we will build the new world on Bitcoin.

We're also going to allow different stylesheet with masks and stuff, as that's how we're going to build the #biblestr variant. Biblestr is the version planned for after Defoe, and we're going to design the customization we do to be reusable for other customizations.
We're going to give it its own domain, tho, so that it's more attractive off-Nostr because it has a Bible-y name.

A small group of people can reshape an entire system.
Nassim Taleb coined the term Intransigent Minority to describe the
phenomenon.
When the cost of acquiring that group is low, the rest of the population is indifferent, and that group is stubborn enough to stand on what they believe, the system bends.
His go-to example is kosher food.
Fewer than 0.5% of Americans follow kosher rules, yet a huge portion of the grocery store is certified. Observant Jews won’t touch non-kosher food, but most people don’t think twice about it. So if you run a factory, it’s easier to make everything kosher than split your product line. One group has strict requirements. The other is flexible. That’s enough to tip the entire system.
I’m seeing something similar with bitcoin businesses. The pressure here isn’t negative or rooted in avoidance. It’s completely positive.
What I do see is a sharp rise in demand for products and services from companies that accept bitcoin alongside the dollar. Whether bitcoiners use it as a medium of exchange or not, it’s clear that having that option is good for business.
This pattern has been clear to me ever since bitcoiners started buying my wine, but my scale is small. Since then, I’ve watched everything from cottage producers to large ranching operations benefit from the same magnetic pull. Steak n’ Shake, with over 450 locations, is just the next evolution.
If a bitcoiner is getting a burger, Steak n’ Shake just jumped to the top of their list. They’ve already gained the attention of a group that punches above its weight. Time will tell how much we impact their business.
Bitcoiners’ impact doesn’t come from protest. It shows up as positive reinforcement. The Magnetic Minority rewards alignment and that reward is scaling.
Taleb gave us the template.
We’re writing our own story.

In this note I'm going to share the photos I took of two girls who were together. Both agreed to participate in the dynamic and these were the photos we took.

Basicamente, essa era a imagem que eu tava procurando a tempo e estava o tempo todo comigo, mas não achava pois a galeria desconfigurava a visualização.
Por alguma razão, mesmo hoje não consigo fazer upload para os serviços de mídia do Nostr, então por isso que não tinha postado antes.
Eu não sei qual é o nome original dessa ilustração ou o artista. É visivelmente escaneado de algum papel, mas não encontro informação nenhuma nem fazendo pesquisa por imagem. Achei ela no começo do ano passado no pinterest e está associada a alguns memes do Reddit, ao trocarem o final da história, mas é geralmente referida como:
"Frank? Guys? Do you see the treasure yet?"
Se souberem a fonte seria excelente, pois poderia ajudar a achar trabalhos parecidos.
