it's just to limit how many indexes the relay's event store has to make to max 52 different kinds of tag keys, these are required to enable search, if you don't index them the only way to search is to exhaustively iterate through the records which would be insanely slow, but if you let any tag key be required to be indexed the database is again going to be very slow
fiatjaf added this because he knows about database indexes, his code in the eventstore repo is quite extensive and actually even has a little bit of documentation

近日，中央网信办、农业农村部、国家发展改革委、工业和信息化部联合印发《2025年数字乡村发展工作要点》（以下简称《工作要点》）。《工作要点》要求，深入贯彻落实习近平总书记关于“三农”工作的重要论述和重要指示精神，全面贯彻落实党的二十届三中全会精神和中央经济工作会议、中央农村工作会议精神，按照《中共中央 国务院关于进一步深化农村改革 扎实推进乡村全面振兴的意见》的部署要求，深入实施《数字乡村发展战略纲要》，坚持学习运用“千万工程”经验，坚持发挥信息化驱动引领作用，锚定强农惠农富农任务目标，着力推动农业增效益、农村增活力、农民增收入，为加快建设网络强国、推进乡村全面振兴提供坚实支撑。
《工作要点》明确了工作目标：到2025年底，数字乡村发展“十四五”圆满收官。数字技术在确保国家粮食安全、确保不发生规模性返贫致贫中的作用更加彰显。全国行政村5G通达率超过90%，农村地区互联网普及率稳步提升，农业生产信息化率进一步提升，农产品网络零售额持续稳定增长，乡村数字治理效能、信息服务水平不断增强，数字技术加速推动城乡差距缩小、促进城乡融合发展。

鄂尔多斯市中级人民法院认为，被告人王宜林的行为构成受贿罪，受贿数额特别巨大，应依法惩处。鉴于其到案后如实供述罪行，主动交代办案机关尚未掌握的部分受贿事实，认罪悔罪，积极退赃，涉案赃款赃物已全部追缴，依法可对其从轻处罚。法庭遂作出上述判决。（央视新闻）

Update: Several fail. Including Brave failed me. Seems, that browser fingerprinting is a difficult task for every browser. Best chance to ditch it is probably disabeling JS. When not completely then at least as aggressive as possible for one.
uBlock medium mode works on most webpages without problem, while blocking all 3rd party scripts. Like this at least only first party has the ability to track me. And through the arkenfox or Mullvad this fingerprint should also not deliver many unique results. This seems the finding after 5 days into the test.
