Um ciclista foi flagrado a 100 km/h na BR-369, entre Apucarana e Arapongas, no norte do Paraná. No vídeo, o passageiro de uma van grava ele, que está "pegando o vácuo" do caminhão, e mostra o velocímetro. Assista acima.
O ciclista aparece na gravação pedalando perto da traseira do veículo de carga. O passageiro e o motorista comentaram a velocidade quando ficaram ao lado dele, no trecho de pista dupla.

O vídeo encerra com os veículos ainda próximos.
Segundo apuração da RPC, afiliada da TV Globo no Paraná, o vídeo foi gravado na noite desta terça-feira (13). O motorista relatou que o ciclista, que não foi identificado, ficou por aproximadamente três quilômetros atrás do caminhão.
O termo "pegar vácuo" é popularmente utilizado quando um ciclista fica perto da traseira de outro veículo para reduzir a resistência do ar e ganhar velocidade.
A Polícia Rodoviária Federal (PRF) informou que o Código de Trânsito Brasileiro (CTB) não prevê multas para ciclistas. Por isso, a prática não gera autuação.
Entretanto, conforme PRF, denúncias sobre casos semelhantes devem ser feitas pelo telefone 191.
