There is no explicit work flow for this yet. The quickest solution would be that a user just creates a station and posts it as a comment. This is seen as an intent to take care and maintain the station and the wavefunc pubkey deletes the seeded one.
Another possibility would be that a pubkey with a valid nip 05 for the url entered for the station website shows up with a station event and claims it. The wavefunc app is watching for such events and then deletes the claimed station automatically.

# Prazo para recursos vai até 16 de maio:
Quem teve o pedido de isenção ou a justificativa de ausência no Enem 2024 negados pode entrar com recurso até 16 de maio. O resultado dessa nova análise será divulgado no dia 22 de maio, também na
**Página do Participante.**
Se o recurso for rejeitado, será necessário efetuar o pagamento da taxa de inscrição, que permanece em R$ 85, para participar do Enem 2025.
**Inscrição: atenção aos prazos**
Mesmo quem conseguiu a isenção da taxa precisa se inscrever no Enem 2025. A inscrição não é automática e deve ser realizada entre os dias 26 de maio e 6 de junho, também por meio da Página do Participante.
✓O edital com as regras detalhadas do exame ainda será publicado pelo Inep, mas o cronograma principal já está definido.

O Enem 2025 será aplicado em dois domingos consecutivos, nos dias 9 e 16 de novembro. As provas abrangem quatro áreas do conhecimento:

But on Wednesday, Kommersant newspaper is reporting that not even Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will take part in the Istanbul talks.

As the outlet reports, Witkoff told journalists that he and Rubio will head to Istanbul on Friday for talks regarding Russia and Ukraine. He also noted that it remains unclear whether Russian President Vladimir Putin will be present at the planned negotiations.
However, the potential talks between Ukraine and Russia in Istanbul are scheduled for Thursday, May 15.
The Kremlin has since confirmed that it still plans to participate, also as Zelensky is trying to goad Putin into attending in person. Zelensky has said he's ready to be there if Putin is.
And even Trump had days ago said he was "thinking about actually flying over"; however, this is looking increasingly unrealistic.

Despite some sensational recent headlines and statements, one thing we can be sure will not happen is President Putin's personal presence. There's no reason for him to be there - from a strategic point of view - given Kiev has yet to make any major concessions, and Russian forces are winning on the ground in the east.
And if Moscow is not willing to send Lavrov, it's a clear sign the Kremlin is not approaching the Istanbul meeting as if it will result to much of great consequence or substance.

I conducted an experiment—a Bitcoin-themed darts game. It’s a real dartboard game where players’ targets are automatically assigned.
