No Agenda is one of those podcasts whose episodes are just too long for me to consume in one listen. Thankfully, they're generous with the chapter markers, which has the added benefit in Podverse of being able to quickly share a chapter URL without having to fool with the app's clip-creator tool.
I still think it would be a benefit to have some kind of tool that automatically inserts chapter marks every so many minutes for those podcasters who can't or don't want to create their own chapters.

This block then becomes part of the chain and every filtering node out there has to store it and accept it as valid, regardless of what the owner believes is spam.

埼玉県三郷市で小学生の集団に車が突っ込み、児童4人が重軽傷を負ったひき逃げ事件で、警察がきのう（15日）、車の助手席に乗っていた中国籍の男性から任意で話を聞いていたことが捜査関係者への取材で分かりました。
この事件はおととい（14日）、三郷市中央で下校中の小学生10人ほどの集団に川口ナンバーのSUV車が突っ込み、そのまま逃走、小学6年の男子児童4人が重軽傷を負ったものです。
逃げた車はきのう、現場から南に2キロほど離れたアパートの敷地で見つかり押収されていますが、その後の捜査関係者への取材で、事件当時助手席に乗っていたのは中国籍の男性で、警察がきのう（15日）、この男性から任意で話を聞いていたことが分かりました。
一方で、運転手の男の行方は分かっていないということです。
捜査関係者によりますと、逃げた車の所有者は中国籍だということですが、この人物とも連絡が取れていないということで、警察は助手席の男性が何らかの事情を知っているとみて話を聞くなどし、運転手の行方を追っています。
