Distilling the situation down to a monetary number, suggesting the actions of a few require some sort of reparations from the entire population, and then using that as justification to kick people out from the place they are from.

Donc en faisant cela tu ne permet pas à ceux qui spammeront, que tu le veuilles ou non, puisque la limite que tu imposes les contraints à ne pas avoir un autre choix que de rendre le problème plus grand (augmentation à tout jamais (éternellement !) l'utxo set ,que tu devras conserver bien malgré toi et que tu ne pourras jamais filtrer.
