香港商业罪案调查科欺诈调查組总督查罗婉珊表示，2024年7月至2025年5月期间犯罪集团招揽内地人士来港作傀儡户口持有人，户口主要用作接收不同类型诈骗案犯罪得益。期间利用超过500 个银行账户清洗了1.18亿元。其中已有1000万元证实属于58宗已举报诈骗案件所得的部分犯罪得益，在该58宗诈骗案中受害人损失约4320万元。

默茨认为裕信银行目前无收购德国商业银行风险
德国总理默茨周六表示，目前看不到意大利裕信银行收购德国商业银行的风险。“该银行在德国商业银行的持股比例目前低于必须发起收购要约的门槛，”默茨在罗马与意大利总理梅洛尼共同举行的新闻发布会上表示，“目前尚不清楚是否会达到或超过这一门槛。”默茨称，他与梅洛尼在长达一小时的会谈中未讨论裕信银行相关话题。“我们没有讨论裕信银行，下次有机会时我们很乐意讨论，但目前没有理由讨论它，”默茨补充道，“联邦政府以及我个人对这一收购企图的立场是众所周知的。”德国财政部长拉尔斯・克林拜尔周五表示，“我们致力于维护德国商业银行的独立性”，并将裕信银行的做法称为“不友好”和“不可接受”。
