Today I did some more work on my Emergency Bucket project (3 days of food for 5 people in a civil emergency or natural disaster). I have been working on creating recipes and assembling a trial pack. Today I worked on vac packing dry ingredients for a Hearty Rice & Bean Stew and my master document for each of the buckets.
These are the ingredients for the rice and bean stew:
2 cups rice
1 can (400g) kidney beans, drained
1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
1 can (400g) corn, drained
4 cups chicken stock
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp pepper
Instructions
1. Make 4 cups chicken stock
2. Heat oil in pot over medium heat.
3. Add rice and dry spices, stirring for 1 minute.
4. Add beans, tomatoes, corn and stock. Stir well.
5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 mins, stirring occasionally.
6. Once the rice is cooked and most of the liquid is absorbed, remove from heat and sit 5 mins.
7. Serve warm.

近日，证监会发布了对何某儒操纵市场案的罚单。何某儒控制使用多个证券账户，集中资金优势，通过“封涨停”的方式操纵相关股票，盈利金额合计1.47亿元，构成操纵证券市场行为，被证监会没一罚一，合计罚没2.94亿元。记者注意到，今年以来，证监会已经开出了3张操纵市场的亿元级罚单。今年2月，杨某操纵“安奈儿”等多只股票，盈利1.4亿元，被罚没2.8亿元。今年2月，谢某操纵“渝三峡A”等多只股票，盈利8145.26万元，被罚没1.77亿元。
