美媒：印巴军事战略以电子战为中心
4月22日，印控克什米尔地区发生针对游客的枪击事件，造成至少26人丧生。事件发生后，印度首先采取了行动，在边境地区部署了几个电子战系统，其中主要的是“萨姆尤科塔”系统，由145辆战车组成，覆盖面积为10000多平方公里。该系统是2004年印度自行研发的，能够进行电子监视、测向以及干扰通信和雷达信号。印度的其他电子战武器包括用于山区地形的干扰系统“西姆沙克提”，以及可集成到“阵风”战斗机上的“光谱”综合电子战系统。巴基斯坦迅速作出反应，将自己的电子战系统部署到前沿阵地。比如DWL002被动探测雷达系统——与传统雷达不同，它可以通过接收电子信号来探测和跟踪空中威胁。巴基斯坦还部署了几架商用级GPS干扰器，旨在干扰印度的无人机和导弹。此外，巴基斯坦的战斗机携带了先进的电子战设备。据报道，这些设备4月29日破坏了沿边界线飞行的印度“阵风”战斗机的控制系统。

交通运输部管昭：稳步开展电动重卡车电分离模式和新能源重卡运输试点示范
交通运输部运输服务司副司长管昭今日表示，截至目前，全国已建成充电停车位的服务区6527个，已建成充电桩3.5万个，充电停车位5.1万个，占高速公路服务区总数的98%。下一步，交通运输部将认真落实10部门关于推动交通运输与能源融合发展的指导意见，依托西部陆、海新通道、江门外运通道，国家高速公路主线扩容改造等重大工程，打造近零排放运输通道样板，指导各地以港口短驳和支线短道运输等优势场景，及固定线路固定车型的干线货运线路为依托，稳步开展电动重卡车电分离模式和新能源重卡运输试点示范，积极探索新能源重卡应用的新场景新模式。

巴黎绑架未遂事件凸显加密数据安全风险
据国际商业时报(IBT)报道，法国加密货币交易平台 Paymium 警告称，新的监管规定可能使加密货币用户的个人数据面临安全风险，并可能将其置于"身体危险"之中。
上周二，Paymium 首席执行官的女儿和孙子在巴黎遭遇绑架未遂。该公司战略总监 Alexandre Stachtchenko 将欧盟要求加密货币转账时收集的信息描述为"定时炸弹"，警告如果这些数据库泄露，犯罪分子可能会获取用户资金和住址信息。
与此同时，美国领先的加密货币交易所 Coinbase 周四表示，犯罪分子通过贿赂和欺骗手段窃取了用户的数字资产，并试图勒索交易所。Coinbase 已计划支出 1.8 亿至 4 亿美元赔偿受害者。
自 2014 年以来，已记录 219 起针对加密货币用户的实体攻击事件。
