交通运输部管昭：稳步开展电动重卡车电分离模式和新能源重卡运输试点示范
交通运输部运输服务司副司长管昭今日表示，截至目前，全国已建成充电停车位的服务区6527个，已建成充电桩3.5万个，充电停车位5.1万个，占高速公路服务区总数的98%。下一步，交通运输部将认真落实10部门关于推动交通运输与能源融合发展的指导意见，依托西部陆、海新通道、江门外运通道，国家高速公路主线扩容改造等重大工程，打造近零排放运输通道样板，指导各地以港口短驳和支线短道运输等优势场景，及固定线路固定车型的干线货运线路为依托，稳步开展电动重卡车电分离模式和新能源重卡运输试点示范，积极探索新能源重卡应用的新场景新模式。

巴黎绑架未遂事件凸显加密数据安全风险
据国际商业时报(IBT)报道，法国加密货币交易平台 Paymium 警告称，新的监管规定可能使加密货币用户的个人数据面临安全风险，并可能将其置于"身体危险"之中。
上周二，Paymium 首席执行官的女儿和孙子在巴黎遭遇绑架未遂。该公司战略总监 Alexandre Stachtchenko 将欧盟要求加密货币转账时收集的信息描述为"定时炸弹"，警告如果这些数据库泄露，犯罪分子可能会获取用户资金和住址信息。
与此同时，美国领先的加密货币交易所 Coinbase 周四表示，犯罪分子通过贿赂和欺骗手段窃取了用户的数字资产，并试图勒索交易所。Coinbase 已计划支出 1.8 亿至 4 亿美元赔偿受害者。
自 2014 年以来，已记录 219 起针对加密货币用户的实体攻击事件。

证监会重拳出手，3人操纵股票被罚没7.5亿元
近日，证监会发布了对何某儒操纵市场案的罚单。何某儒控制使用多个证券账户，集中资金优势，通过“封涨停”的方式操纵相关股票，盈利金额合计1.47亿元，构成操纵证券市场行为，被证监会没一罚一，合计罚没2.94亿元。记者注意到，今年以来，证监会已经开出了3张操纵市场的亿元级罚单。今年2月，杨某操纵“安奈儿”等多只股票，盈利1.4亿元，被罚没2.8亿元。今年2月，谢某操纵“渝三峡A”等多只股票，盈利8145.26万元，被罚没1.77亿元。

近日，《中小学人工智能通识教育指南（2025年版）》和《中小学生成式人工智能使用指南（2025年版）》正式发布。其中明确，禁止学生直接复制人工智能生成内容作为作业或考试答案，并禁止小学阶段学生独自使用开放式内容生成功能。同时该指南强调，教师不得将生成式人工智能作为替代性教学主体。
