But the most unhelpful and anger inducing thing is hearing these statements when you are in the trenches with a newborn not sleeping:
"Are you ready to start sleep training?"

Instead, praise me for comforting my baby, offer me a nap while you hold my baby, or bring me a cooked meal.

I tend to agree with you. And yeah that's rather not what I'm doing. I am regurgitating true talking points that are relevant and important after my own assessment lol! It would appear you are too, though you seemed unwilling to discuss things in a productive manner to me.
Just so you know, I am in favor of, foremost, property rights (people can and ought to be in control of their mempools and everything else about their node, which they are, even if they run Core or Libre, so long as they are not seriously misled), then, what I would like to see happen and what I personally do with my node, is a lot of filtering of spam but with more forgiving settings on OP_RETURN, around 160 bytes or less, with a penalty that kicks in when the mempool is full that requires them to pay a lot more per byte at that time (my setting is at like 4 weight units per byte). I want spam that is most harmful to be disincentivized the most, and spam that is less harmful to be disincentivized substantially, but reliably less than the most harmful crap, especially as there may indeed be legitimate transactions with arbitrary data, but at a cost to users. This paradigm being adopted by a significant number of nodes would make the path of least resistance for arbitrary data go somewhere least harmful, and yet still decrease spam, in an environment wherein miners have to take on additional risk to circumvent the spam filters.
The nodes are in control. I want to educate them further. If only I do this, it doesn't hurt me: my cache will fill in the blocks. If I and like 5% of other noderumners do this, we will have a noticeable, though slight, impact on the network. What's great about Bitcoin is that we don't all have to be right. That's something even Mechanic doesn't seem to get. I want real discussion though, we can't get to these solutions unless we engage that way.

This is precisely the underlying problem.
The single unit has always been Bitcoin, it was in 2010/2011 when Satoshi Nakamoto disappeared that the digits after the decimal point were called satoshi or sats.
"One hundred millionth of a Bitcoin" is the most correct and sensible definition of sats.
To facilitate the adoption of Bitcoin, it is much more attractive when with $100 you receive 95000₿ versus 0.00095₿
I am not saying I am in the right, I am just trying to put myself in the shoes of those who know nothing about Bitcoin and unfortunately I know a lot of them.

De 'Gunners' wonnen in eigen huis met 1-0 van Newcastle United, dat zich op de derde plaats handhaaft, maar nog flink aan de bak moet om hetzelfde te bereiken.
Het duel in Londen kende een opwindende openingsfase en het was aan beide keepers te danken dat doelpunten uitbleven. De eerste redding kwam op naam van Arsenal-doelman David Raya, die daarmee zijn eigen fout goedmaakte. Hij had de bal pardoes in de voeten van Bruno Guimarães gespeeld, maar voorkwam met een knappe reactie een afstraffing.

[ الدرس التاسع : بيان التشهد ]
الدرس التاسع: بيان التشهد، وهو أن يقول:
(التحيات لله، والصلوات، والطيبات، السلام عليك أيها النبي ورحمة الله وبركاته، السلام علينا وعلى عباد الله الصالحين، أشهد ألا إله إلا الله، وأشهد أن محمدا عبده ورسوله).
ثم يصلي على النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ويبارك عليه، فيقول: (اللهم صل على محمد، وعلى آل محمد، كما صليت على إبراهيم وعلى آل إبراهيم، إنك حميد مجيد، وبارك على محمد، وعلى آل محمد، كما باركت على إبراهيم، وعلى آل إبراهيم إنك حميد مجيد).
ثم يستعيذ بالله في التشهد الأخير من عذاب جهنم، ومن عذاب القبر، ومن فتنة المحيا والممات، ومن فتنة المسيح الدجال، ثم يَتَخير من الدعاء ما شاء، ولا سيما المأثور من ذلك، ومنه:
(اللهم أَعِني على ذكرك وشكرك وحسن عبادتك، اللهم إني ظلمت نفسي ظلما كثيرا، ولا يغفر الذنوب إلا أنت، فاغفر لي مغفرة من عندك، وارحمني إنك أنت الغفور الرحيم).
أما في التشهد الأول فيقوم بعد الشهادتين إلى الثالثة في الظهر والعصر والمغرب والعشاء، وإن صلى على النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فهو أفضل؛ لعموم الأحاديث في ذلك، ثم يقوم إلى الثالثة.
