减负担稳楼市存量房贷利率逐渐完成批量调整
10月25日起，大部分存量房贷利率将完成批量调整。借款人可通过贷款银行的指定渠道，查看利率调整结果。部分中小银行完成调整的时间可能会略晚，总体预计于10月31日前完成。本轮符合条件的存量房贷利率在贷款市场报价利率（LPR）基础上的加点幅度将调整至“减30个基点”，预计存量房贷利率平均下降0.5个百分点左右，总体上，将节省借款人利息支出1500亿元，惠及5000万户家庭、1.5亿人口。专家分析，降低存量房贷利率政策落地将对宏观经济产生一系列积极影响。
