Lula homenageia Xuxa e relança maior premiação da cultura

realiza nesta terça-feira, 20, a cerimônia de entrega da Ordem do Mérito Cultural, principal honraria do setor. Ao todo, 111 personalidades brasileiras e 14 instituições receberão a condecoração. O ator Ary Fontoura, a apresentadora Xuxa Meneghel e o humorista Paulo Vieira estão entre os homenageados.
A cerimônia marca o retorno da premiação, suspensa desde 2019. Na ocasião, o então presidente Jair Bolsonaro interrompeu a solenidade. Agora, com o tema “Democracia e Cultura,” a pasta celebra os 40 anos de sua fundação.

“A volta da Ordem do Mérito Cultural é um marco importante, pois valoriza aqueles que constroem a nossa cultura com dedicação e talento”, disse Margareth Menezes, ministra da Cultura. “É o reconhecimento da cultura enquanto alicerce para a democracia e para a construção de um país mais inclusivo e diverso.”
Como resultado, o governo reconhecerá os homenageados em três graus distintos: Grã-Cruz, para as maiores distinções; Comendador, para contribuições de destaque; e Cavaleiro, para atuações relevantes em suas áreas.

Símbolo do modernismo brasileiro, o prédio permaneceu fechado por dez anos. O Instituto do Patrimônio Histórico e Artístico Nacional, no âmbito do Novo PAC, conduziu uma reforma ampla no edifício.

A restauração do Capanema incluiu, por exemplo, modernização elétrica, hidráulica, sanitária e do sistema de combate a incêndios, além da recuperação de elementos originais da década de 1940, como luminárias, persianas e o mobiliário.
Os jardins de Burle Marx também passaram por intervenção. Até o segundo semestre, as obras de arte presentes no edifício também serão restauradas. Ao todo, a União destinou R$ 84,3 milhões para as reformas.

Absolutely agree. The protocol would be updated. Perhaps by scaling the base unit by 1000 so that there are 2.1 quintillion whole base units instead of 2.1 quadrillion. The protocol won't care what that base unit ends up being called by the ux software, though.
IMO, it would make a heck of a lot more sense for ux software to refer to that new base unit by a new name rather than try to redefine an already existing unit of account that currently represents 1/100,000,000 bitcoin.

You really can't make voting records transparent if you control all the voting process, including the issuance of the voting permit itself. Look at what happened in Venezuela.
For me, in general smart contracts are fool contracts. In the moment you introduce an admin or oracle, they are as corruptible as any other human contract.
