I think I did a thing. I used Replit to take some Powershell code that was working exceptionally well for me (has saved me weeks if not months of time), and make a Windows C# app with a GUI, so people that aren't me can use the same code.
I've never* coded in C#. I don't think I've created a Windows application since I was learning C++ almost 30 years ago. This was pretty badass.
I've got a little more refinement to try in Replit before my free account taps out, and then I should be close enough to just use normal code tools and copilots to fix whatever else I need.
Also, I don't know if it actually works yet. And it is requiring a .Net runtime to be downloaded, and that's not good. But I've got a great running start to "learning" C#.
*may have edited some code over a decade ago when I was helping some devs out with our real-world configurations of their .Net stuff.
