经过这一轮深度调整期后，10年之后的白酒行业，将会出现哪些变化？
根据白酒行业的发展趋势，结合当下市场呈现出的一些蛛丝马迹，就能有个大致判断。
风格上的全面绵柔化，或许会弱化白酒香型的差异；口味趋同，会进一步增强行业的马太效应，全国化头部品牌和区域性弱势品牌的分化会进一步加剧，白酒行业CR10将从现在的接近60%进一步上升到80%以上。
同时，大酒类市场全面切换至存量时代，场景竞争趋势深化，会加强酒类市场的综合化运营和跨行业整合，啤酒可以做白酒和黄酒，为什么实力更强的白酒不能做精酿啤酒、鸡尾酒和威士忌？到时候，还需要这么多的酒类上市公司吗？
绵柔化
白酒市场规模庞大，2024年行业销售收入接近8000亿元。知名品牌林立，茅台、五粮液、洋河等，随便拎一个出来，都是价值几千亿。
白酒不仅在消费市场少有敌手，即便放眼A股，其地位也是举足轻重。
但是，在白酒行业内心深处，有一个釜底抽薪式的焦虑：将来的年轻人，还会喝白酒吗？
“不是年轻人不喝白酒，而是喝白酒的人从来不年轻。”这种说法，并不能说服大部分人。
白酒品牌们已经感受到了，部分年轻人仍然会选择白酒，只是，评判标准，已经大为不同。
他们不再迷信品牌。茅台，在他们眼中更像是金融衍生品。在i茅台上自发打新的，大部分是年轻人。可你要让他们晚上聚会开两瓶茅台，那是不太可能的。
他们对渠道的选择也更加多元。过去，品牌只要控制了渠道和终端，就能让老一代用户被动消费。而现在，年轻人的购物方式更加多样化。电商、即时零售这些渠道的去中心化，一定程度上消解了渠道和终端的重要性。
口感上，他们会选择更加适口的产品。江小白未能保持市场地位，就是一个经典的反面案例。这个新品牌，通过互联网营销，以及对线下餐饮终端的渗透，拿下了年轻人白酒消费最重要的两环。然而，最终还是输在了产品力上。
什么样的白酒是好酒，可能见仁见智。有人喜欢酱酒丰富的层次感，有人喜欢浓香白酒的凌冽。但是，如果要问什么样的白酒好入口，大部分人的答案都是一样的，绵柔。
去年以来，经常有白酒老饕在网上留下自己的疑惑，为什么原来浓烈的五粮液和剑南春，几款口味独特的酱酒，都变成了柔顺甘甜的“小甜水”？
那不是因为白酒品牌变味了，而是为了顺应白酒年轻化不得不做出的转变。
绵柔，将是接下来白酒风格的共同方向，无论你是酱香、浓香，还是清香、兼香。
所以，接下来的白酒市场竞争，不再以香型为主要方向。进攻的酱香、守擂的浓香以及其他香型，将维持三分天下的相持局面。
白酒风格之争，将是绵柔风格压倒非绵柔风格的一个过程。而后，又会在绵柔之中，分裂出川派、苏派以及贵州绵柔等路线。
马太效应
产品风格的趋同，会加剧白酒市场的竞争。
在此之前，消费者选择白酒，还是会先看香型，再选品牌，最后通过档次和价格确定买谁。
未来，香型的差异会弱化，品牌和价格的区隔会缩小。头部酒企会得到更多的市场份额，行业马太效应增强，中小酒企的生存空间进一步压缩。
实际上，这种趋势，已经在白酒行业持续了很多年。
白酒市场化之前，大家都是地方小酒厂，几乎没什么全国性品牌。所以，上世纪90年代的孔府宴酒、秦池、沱牌，光靠拿下央视标王，就能快速跃升为头部。
也是从那时开始，风格突出的浓香型白酒迅速抬头，五粮液借助市场化的力量，一跃成为白酒老大。
1996年，五粮液营业收入首破10亿元，达到13.10亿元，在整个白酒市场的占比不到3%，可见当时市场集中度之低。
后来，茅台借助酱香型白酒的稀缺性和高端优势，迅速成长、弯道超车，到2013年彻底超越五粮液，在白酒市场登顶。
在这个过程中，白酒市场规模迅速提升，茅台、五粮液、洋河、泸州老窖、山西汾酒五大白酒企业的市场地位得以确立。
市场集中度也迅速提升。2014年，前五大白酒公司收入占全行业的13%；到2024年，白酒行业CR5为45%。
其中，行业老大贵州茅台在白酒行业的收入占比，从2014年的5.4%提升至2024年的接近22%。茅台一骑绝尘的状态，可能在未来的几十年都不会改变。
茅台之后，次级王者五粮液，以及第一梯队的洋河、山西汾酒、泸州老窖，集群相对稳定，只不过座次会略有变动。
二线及以下白酒品牌的市场地位，在白酒存量时代降临后，谁也不敢说自己稳如泰山。
将来，白酒行业CR10可能会从现阶段的60%继续提升到80%以上，另外的一些差异化中小品牌以及地方特色品牌，瓜分剩余的20%，与啤酒市场的构成类似。
这种超头部全国品牌+地方性中小品牌的结构趋势，将主导接下来十年甚至是更远的白酒行业结构之争。
酒业整合
所以，目前的白酒上市公司板块，不是太小，而是太大了。
A+H股，白酒上市公司，如果加上最近更名的杜甫酒业集团（0986.HK），一共有22家。
根据业务和业绩表现，这20多家上市公司，已经分成了全国型头部白酒，以及地方性白酒这两大层级。
尽管，这两年地方白酒深耕本地市场，诞生了百亿级的今世缘。但江苏这种规模大、竞争不够激烈的市场，可遇不可求。
老白干酒通过多个地方品牌叠加，只能获得短期的盈利能力提升。毕竟，没有规模增长这个基础，业绩增长只能是无本之木。
像安徽的口子窖、迎驾贡酒，青海的天佑德酒，新疆的伊力特，或是区域市场竞争激烈，或是腹地市场规模偏小，无法复制今世缘的故事。
况且，就算江苏白酒市场规模超过700亿元，如果今世缘不推进全国化，目前的百亿规模，也就是天花板了。
所以，无论是今世缘，还是口子窖、迎驾贡酒、天佑德酒和伊力特，仍然需要苦战全国化，争夺那几乎不存在的最后几张船票。
接下来，找不准定位的二线白酒，找不到方向的地方白酒，在存量市场中逐步被取代，已经几乎是确定的趋势了。
啤酒行业，尚且有辐射范围的限制，必须先建厂或收购，才能建立对区域市场的统治力。啤酒市场既定的势力划分，也导致了当下相对均衡的竞争格局。
但是，白酒不存在这样的限制。如果白酒市场继续分化，会有多少白酒品牌撑不住上市公司基本面的情况出现？
酒业上市公司和品牌地位的冗余，在红酒、黄酒行业更为严重，在白酒行业刚刚开始呈现。而啤酒市场早一步完成了清洗，相对健康。
接下来，白酒行业的综合化运营和跨行业整合，将成为一个明确的趋势。
白酒板块内，五粮液的15酱逐渐打出了名气，珍酒李渡旗下同时坐拥三大香型和四大品牌，浓香古井贡酒用黄鹤楼推南派大清香，劲酒在酱酒领域布局深远……
白酒板块之外，酒类资源的跨行业整合，正在提速。
华润啤酒并购金沙酒业、参与金种子酒重组，虽然初战失利，但方向没错，这几家公司的融合，也在慢慢进行中。
最近，青岛啤酒推出了收购即墨黄酒的计划。此前，这家老牌啤酒巨头已经将业务扩展至饮料等领域，只是规模从未坐大。
其实，白酒企业在上一轮调整期后，也曾争相布局红酒等多元化业务。只是因为，白酒复苏迅速降临，多元化业务的战略层级下降，白酒多元化才被大家搁置。
接下来，如果白酒、啤酒等不到超预期的复苏之力，瞄准威士忌、鸡尾酒、精酿啤酒等新品种，通过兼并重组借助外力来推动复苏，或许也是周期破局的不二法门。
所以，大胆预测一下，目前白酒、啤酒、红酒、黄酒、鸡尾酒A+H上市公司一共40多家，需要多久才能减少到20家左右？

My friend recommended me to round up to hundreds of sats when paying in bitcoin. I may pay few peanuts extra that way, but I like the effect of it suddenly not being a random string, but a much more understandable number. When paying repeatedly (ie for lunch), you can see how both parties perceive the sats amounts right away after a few repetitions.
I remember cheap lunches at 16,000 sat, today even 8,000 sat for lunch seems too much.

I think one of the biggest challenges to nostr adoption is that majority of the clients are made to feel like twitter.
Want to read the replies to a note? Have to click on the note text itself rather than comment button.
Reading replies to replies takes you down a messy rabbit hole.
(Obviously the empty feed and general confusion and finding people to begin with is a challenge but after that, this is the next biggest issue and something that could easily be solved on the client end)
If anyone has recommendations for different nostr apps I should check out let me know.

To be honest, I don't think this is the strongest argument for CTV. The hard part is not designing something that works, the hard part is getting custodians to adopt it. Can you imagine Coinbase putting significant resources into a system for users to mass exit? The ETFs are legally (and quite exceptionally!) forbidden from offering in-kind redemption. Corporate bitcoin vehicles will just bend the knee. There isn't even a presumption that MSTR holders can ever redeem the bitcoin underpinning that asset.
I expect congestion will eventually motivate custodians to level up to CTV fanouts, unless some disaster happens to precipitate its development.
Good bitcoin custodians might be motivated to build and deploy something. In an emergency they would contact their users and instruct them how to perform a withdrawal transaction. The hard part here will be getting all their users on a non-custodial wallet. It can be done. The lightning community is a shining example of how to build guerilla educational communities. I would start by chatting with D++.
In the coinbase playground I designed the best possible UX for pool withdrawals. It adheres to standard mempool policy rules so you can just broadcast it to the network and you're done. It fits max 319 outputs, carries the minimum accepted fee, and has an anchor output so that anyone can fee bump it. Users don't need to do anything and it will eventually confirm. They have the option to accelerate confirmation and don't need to store any offchain data.
I made this to be a straight-forward upgrade for Ocean payouts. You could modify the design and replace a few of those outputs with more CTV transactions. This lets you build a tree of arbitrary depth and breadth. You'd have to be careful about resource starvation at the deepest leaves of the tree since they will confirm last. You could do something as simple as paying higher fees in transactions closer to the root of the tree. This also lets you stratify your payouts in order of priority. If the user pays a higher fee their money becomes spendable sooner. If they don't pay extra they wait longer.
This is a really ergonomic and simple design because it externalizes the transaction data to the mempool. This is probably fine for most people. It will look like the inscription craze all over again. The mempool will fill up and fees will be persistently high for an extended period. Eventually it will clear.
Custodians should be prepared to back up user unroll transactions and provide them upon request. They probably won't need the backups but it would be negligent to delete this data.
Interestingly, these users will be forced HODLers for the duration of the on-chain congestion. Good. They will learn a valuable lesson and come out of the experience wealthier than they went in.

If you're right and filters are the only thing keeping Bitcoin from being destroyed by spammers then we are fucked anyway. As distasteful as spam is, the smooth functioning of the network and keeping the cost of running a node down is a higher priority imo. The fee market will determine what the best use of blockspace is.
