Yeah I've been popping Tylenol like candy too not just for the fever but the pain. I've woken up sweating my ass off which doesn't help when you're dehydrated. I'll take small sips of water before lying back down and that helps. I've had no blood in my pee thankfully, but the bad smell is enough to make me wanna puke up my guts lol. I really found out just how bad it is when I was too tired to flush early in the morning, then I come back and wondered why my bathroom smelled like rotten onions, cause that's what it smelled like to me. Even the first time I noticed the smell I thought it was like that because of me eating onions.

It's the same as last time, but I'm taking it more than 5 days. After I finish it I'll go in for another pee test to see if I need more. Staying hydrated is a pain in the ass but I've been drinking this drink mix called Drip-Drop which is supposed to be instant hydration and so far so good. What really kills me is the kidney pain itself, it makes my back hurt like hell. I have to sleep with the heating pad under me all the time, and I'll wake up and turn it back on after it shuts off two hours later.
