I'm all for using high quality small batch soaps for when you really need it, but using soap consistently messes with your natural oils & actually increases the bacteria on the surface & penetrating your skin.
Bathing yourself properly with hot water is imperative of course if youre forgoing soaps.
I do wash my hands with soap ofc.
