比特币挖矿公司Riot Platforms（纳斯达克股票代码：RIOT）宣布已成功将与Coinbase Credit, Inc.（Coinbase Global, Inc.的子公司）的现有1亿美元信贷额度增加至 2 亿美元。
根据公告，扩大后的信贷额度条款与现有信贷额度相同，包括适用利率。Riot计划将这笔资金用于关键战略计划和一般公司用途。所有借款将按年利率计息，年利率等于联邦基金利率上限（或3.25%，取较高者）加4.50%。
该信贷额度将在生效日后 364 天到期，但公司可以要求将到期日再延长364天，前提是获得Coinbase同意。借款将由公司部分比特币持有量作为担保。

The ETF Store总裁Nate Geraci在X平台发文表示，iShares 比特币 ETF (IBIT) 在过去 29 个交易日中有 28 个交易日实现资金流入，新增资金近 85 亿美元。今年以来流入资金达 107 亿美元，在 4200 多支 ETF 中位列前 5 名。IBIT 总资产现已超过 700 亿美元。在所有 ETF 中排名前 25 位。

当地时间5月23日，《华尔街日报》批评特朗普政府本周禁止哈佛大学招收国际学生的决定，称这是对这所常春藤名校的“一次目光短浅的攻击”。该报社论委员会在一篇评论文章中指出，美国国土安全部（DHS）撤销了哈佛大学的“学生和交流访问学者项目”（SEVP）认证，这一决定导致哈佛所有国际学生的未来“陷入混乱”。社论称：“哈佛的大多数国际学生就读于研究生项目，许多人参与科学研究或承担本科课程教学。将他们赶出哈佛将扰乱研究项目，甚至可能导致部分从事科学研究的教授跳槽至其他高校。这似乎是为了冻结哈佛研究经费而设的目标。”
