I suppose different funds would deal with it differently. As for IBIT, this is what I found on their 8K filing:

GM thoughts: Men are to women as ions to electrons in a plasma.
Men are the heavy, slow-moving components. They rarely collide, but when they do they produce strong impact events. In "working plasmas", such as sputtering, it's the ions that do the work to bombard surfaces.
In contrast, it's the electrons (women) that "set the potential" in which the ions move, because of the latter's attraction. This reflects the idea (traditionally in Western societies at least) that the woman's role is to "civilize" the man... To define boundaries and norms for personal behavior.
Electrons are also much more given to collective effects (working in groups), and can rearrange themselves faster in response to changing circumstances than ions... Which reflects a general (subjective) observation that, especially in aging couples, women tend to adapt better to their changing circumstances than their partners.
