I think that in the future we’ll look back at seed phrases the same way we look at paper wallets. Outdated, insecure, and kind of dumb. Seed phrases are the best solution we have right now, but they dull away the security provided by cryptography and make bitcoin too analogous to gold.
I’m not sure what the next best solution will be. I think it’ll be a combination of things. Maybe something with OPVault or CTV, physical NFC tag backup split with shamir, a collab custody, or some combination of multiple methods.I do think that seed phrases are just a temporary solution, and not a very good one.

Confirming that our motorhome AC can handle 90f weather is really good. We're nice and cool in here while not wanting to go outside.
I hope it will still do a good job at 100f and 110f, as that's what it'll be most of the summer I suspect.
We'll still probably get something else though, as we're just at the limit of our inverter, so we'd need to turn off the AC to make food 😬.
Side note, my husband is awesome! 🥰 He's wanting to make sure I can stay cool this summer as our baby keeps growing, so escaping the heat by only using our van won't do it anymore. 🤰

My whole life, I tried to avoid the trad wife role. I wanted to be a career woman, got a master’s degree, and a big girl job to “not rely on a man”.
…but lately, my happiest time of the day is making breakfast for my husband. Turns out, I really like taking care of people. Thinking about trying for a baby soon. Life is weird, but really cool.
