Um homem de 21 anos foi preso suspeito de agredir um policial militar com um soco durante uma confusão em Atibaia, no interior de São Paulo. A prisão foi nesta terça-feira (27), um dia após a confusão no bairro.
O homem preso foi identificado como Michel Aparecido da Cruz, de 21 anos. Segundo o boletim de ocorrência, é ele quem aparece nas imagens dando um soco em um policial militar durante a confusão.
Michel foi localizado nesta terça, durante um novo patrulhamento realizado pela Polícia Militar no local.

Confusão e agressões
As imagens mostram dois policiais em meio a moradores revoltados, que atiram pedras e outros objetos em direção aos agentes e à viatura. A revolta começou após a prisão de um homem que tinha mandado de prisão temporária por tráfico de drogas.
O caso aconteceu na avenida Jerônimo de Camargo, no bairro Caetetuba, por volta das 21h30 desta segunda. O local é descrito no documento como uma região de ‘extrema periculosidade’, por ser dominado por facções criminosas e ponto de tráfico de drogas.
Uma equipe da Polícia Militar fazia patrulhamento no local, quando abordou um homem de 26 anos. Durante a abordagem, os policiais identificaram que Mikael Bueno Neves tinha um mandado de prisão em aberto.
Segundo a polícia, o homem resistiu à prisão, o que gerou revolta dos moradores da região e tumulto. Um policial chegou a dar um tiro para o alto.
“Durante a ação, a equipe policial foi surpreendida por uma reação hostil por parte de populares, que tentaram obstruir a ação legal mediante agressões físicas e arremesso de objetos contra os agentes e a viatura da Polícia Militar”, afirma a Polícia Militar.
O boletim de ocorrência narra que um dos policiais militares foi atingido com um soco no rosto, enquanto o outro foi acertado com uma pedrada na nuca.
Além disso, a viatura da PM ficou danificada, após os moradores arremessarem pedras e outros objetos. O veículo teve vidros e retrovisores quebrados e a lataria danificada.
Apesar da confusão, os policiais conseguiram levar o homem que tinha mandado de prisão em aberto para a delegacia. No local, ele também teve decretada a prisão em flagrante por desobediência, resistência e dano ao patrimônio.
O caso foi registrado como desobediência, resistência, dano e lesão corporal.
