# Anarcocapitalismo não diz nada
Anarcocapitalismo é um nome péssimo e que dificulta até para libertários experientes entenderem como isso se daria na prática.
Tem outros nomes melhores, mas acho que é necessário um novo neologismo para esclarecer melhor a coisa em si.
Indico a seguinte palavra como base de análise:
## Privatonomia
(Lei de propriedade privada)
Privato-
De direito de propriedade privada, privado (privação de poder agredir qualquer outro) e de responsabilidade individual.
-nomia
Norma, princípio, lei, dever, obrigatoriedade.
Acho que esse termo explicaria melhor o que libertarianismo e anarcocapitalismo não é:
- Não é um sistema sem lei,
- Não é sobre autonomia ou liberdade per si,
- Não é especificamente contrato, nem consenso,
- E, não é sobre não haver governança, pobreza, escambo, restrições e etc.
É apenas sobre cada um ter por princípio o DEVER de não agredir a propriedade do outro, incluindo a autopropriedade, sob penas restitutivas e punitivas. Há assim, como resultado, direitos individuais, o que dá maior confiança na defesa da própria propriedade.
A meu ver, isso não é explícito, precisa sim de lei escrita para demonstrar logicamente o que é ou não agressão, como tanto se confunde o que é ou não crime nas áreas: Aborto, propriedade intelectual, ameaça, fraude, falsa testemunha e muitas outras.
Se não tiver definição explícita sempre vai cair em relativismos e assim na agressão sistemática de pessoas pacíficas como ocorre no Estado e outros sistemas criminosos.
E não, consensos pontuais não resolvem isso, um grupo pode entrar em consenso para financiar a morte de uma figura que só não gostam, e sem qualquer prova dele ter iniciado agressão, tal como na tão falada e defendida ideia da MAM (Mercado de Aposta de Morte) que pode suscitar a morte de literalmente qualquer pessoa que os apostadores não gostem e de forma oculta, por esse modelo de financiamento.
