it makes me think that maybe somewhere in this i might come up with a way to approach VCs to build out such a thing
there is a lot of blockchain focused VCs in the shitcoin space at this point, and i think they are starting to get tired of the promises of dumbass blockchain projects that don't provide real world effective business plans
i can see how this could become a real thing, if i can put together the proposal for it, and then shop it around until someone wants to throw a few bitcoins at it.
also, i'm not certain about the design of the directory blockchains part of this, perhaps they won't be blockchains but i am inclined to think they will be. but maybe they don't need as high replication rates as current pBFT based designs, as in, maybe 5-9 replicas is all that is required, which is a huge cost savings but the reliability of it will be enterprise grade
the "relays" will then be the focus of my part of contributing to the development process, aside from the architecture side of it.
i know that blockstream and square and circle and idk what the fuck ever names of existing bitcoin-related partially shitcoin-stablecoin-targeting systems (liquid=shitcoin, but also they are targeting stables, and there is a partially built stabelcoin swap system built for bitcoin by them)
i don't think that the funds for building this out will come from the bitcoin clade of the decentralised aspiring developer investment businesses will come from tho.
i think the people who are funding shitcoins are getting fatigue at the lack of returns and will be interested in a novel hybrid approach like i'm proposing

不需要赘述为什么中国需要建立一个民主政体，也不需要解释专制对整个民族带来的伤害。但是事实上13亿人中的大多数，而不是中产阶级，才是决定一个国家政体走向的关键。因为改革开放和世界工厂的经济红利，近二十年的高速增长给低收入群体带来的生活质量提升是非常扎实的，这是中共能以一党专制存在于二十一世纪的主要原因。在十几年前的网络论战里，一个甚至经常出现在官方报纸的论调就是，中共的执政合法性来自于经济的增长，这就是所谓的“发展才是硬道理”。
这话要说，是没错的。在底层人民生活水平不断提升的时候，他们可以忍受许许多多的不便和畸形。“城市间护照”户口还能苟延残喘到今天就是一例。但是我们应该清醒地认识到，国家是有国运的，改革开放正好遇到了经济全球化和信息技术发展带来的第三次工业革命，这样的机会很可能在整个中国历史上仅此一次，这就带来了许多我们看来难以理解的问题：为什么中共的统治这么荒谬，这样的制度还能继续维持？为什么专制制度问题这么大，却没人出来说话？等等等等。这些问题的回答就是这样，仅仅是因为近几十年奇迹般的经济增长暂时赋予了中共执政合法性而已。
天可予之，亦可取之。这样的经济增长本身就不可能一直维持，更不用说这样的增长带来了太多负作用：高房价、996、文化荒漠，以至于维族学习营。这样的模式是不可持续的，也会随着经济增长恢复常态而慢慢暴露问题。中国的命运，不是在89年决定的，是在未来10-20年决定的。当中国的经济增长不能继续，越来越多的底层变成中产，而后阶层上升通道渐渐关闭，这时候，中国的制度，能不能允许进一步深化改革，才决定了中国，是推行改革、开放党禁，还是爆发革命、陷入混乱。
问题的关键不在于所谓的“钱”，或者是要不要“武装”，问题的关键只在于，有没有足够多的人不再认可中共的统治。现在还不是时候。这是个坏消息，但不是颠覆你世界观的消息，你相信的价值依然是正确的。你要做的只是静静等待，且看事态的变化。

Brazil is living through one of the most dangerous phases in its republican history. The collapse of the State is manifest in four fronts: institutional destruction led by a judicial caste, the suffocation of individual freedoms through censorship, the rise of criminal cartels as a parallel government, and the replacement of citizenship with total digital control.
The Supreme Court, once a symbol of justice, has become a political weapon. At the same time, honest citizens are tracked like criminals. Every PIX transfer is monitored. The new digital currency DREX will be programmable. If you move more than R$5,000/month, the IRS watches you. Informal vendors and poor workers will face audits and penalties — while armed criminals grow richer, untouched.
This social engineering has been built for decades by corrupt media, ideological schools, and a culture of financial slavery. Brazilians are born taxed, live taxed, die taxed — and punished if they question it. We’ve become tenants in our own country.
Enough is enough. We must reclaim freedom. Censorship is tyranny. Cartels are not government. And taxation without service is legalized theft. Brazil will only be sovereign when its people are free.

Premiér Petr Fiala svolal na večer mimořádné jednání Bezpečnostní rady státu. Rada od 19 hodin projedná okolnosti miliardového daru bitcoinů, kvůli kterému rezignoval zatím ministr spravedlnosti Pavel Blažek, a připravenost státu na nové hrozby spojené s kyberprostorem. Prezident Petr Pavel na jednání rady tentokrát nedorazí.

六四问题
当年要求开枪镇压态度最坚决的是李鹏，陈希同，不在位的老人中是王震，邓小平是最后阶段才下决心的。可是他们都不愿出头，当然要我这个总书记，军委副主席下令开枪。为了他们的特权，由 我来当历史罪人，这是血债呀，我哪有那么糊涂。从根本上我就是反对开枪的。看我不从，一定要把我拿下来。宁肯丢官坐牢，我也不能下令开枪。
我是绝不后悔，绝不检查检讨。如果你开枪是问心无愧，为什么不愿年轻一代人知道这件事，你们是干了一件好事就要宣传十年二十年的。
我现在也不抱希望重新评价六四和给我恢复名誉，但相信这是迟早的事。现在领导班子里没有人有这个认识， 有这个能力和魄力，没有历史责任感，民族责任感，使命感。更多的领导人越来越不求有功，但求无过，放手让老婆孩子利用自己的影响经商捞钱，不限制，说是为了稳定。不内疚，不自责，还心安理得。
我们党是从来不认错的，实在说不过去了就找替罪羊，将错误都推到他们身上，如林彪，四人帮。找不到替罪羊就说是自然灾害，如五十年代末六十年代初的大饥荒，饿死几千万人，纯粹是党的路线方针政策错误。找不到替罪羊，又怨不到老天爷，反正不认错，硬说有必要，如57年反右。直到1979年，22年后仅仅承认反右扩大化，先定调不许给几个人平反，以示有必要。冤枉几十万人，扩大十万倍，再加上亲属，那就是几十万倍呀，几百万人受歧视。把那几个人当年说的话拿出来让大家评论一下，人家说的还是很中肯的。再有就是我们党从来不道歉。 1949年以来的冤假错案不计其数，家破人亡，人财两空，数以百万计，从来不对受害人说一声对不起，最多是公开平反，还要人家感谢你。更多的是不了了之。这样就伟大光荣正确了。
上面说，没有六四开枪，就没有今天的经济大发展。我说没有开枪镇压，今天的发展会更迅速，更全面，更健康，更有持久性，人民的觉悟更高。镇压后为了平民怨，只能以发展经济，提高人民生活水平来转移民众视线。经济是发展挺快， 但是代价是太大了，这个代价何时能还完？贪污腐败大面积扩散并向纵深发展，水陆空严重污染，自然资源杀鸡取卵似的开采，生态环境不断恶化，过度依靠加工出口这种廉价密集劳动力的生产方式，贫富差别加大。中国人民有吃苦耐劳，忍受长期艰苦工作生活的能力，但还能持续多久？领导人心安理得？更为严重的是共产党的说教在人民心中，在广大干部心中已经被抛弃了，只是在表面上还维持着。这不是思想教育问题，是事实教育问题。自上而下说一套做一套，大家也只好口是心非，谁不这样谁倒霉。大家更信的是权和钱，为了这两样，寡廉鲜耻都无所谓。清朝末期腐败，继而军阀混战，国共内战，日本入侵，再内战，可是我们中国人的良心，道德仍在，是非曲直一清二楚，直到1989年都没变。 89年开枪，历史上哪个政权敢下这种毒手。结果怎样，人们的灵魂正在被腐蚀。这是最严重的，最难治理的污染，这才叫精神污染。

怎样看邓小平
邓是革命家，改革派，是现实主义者，又是当前中共利益的坚定的维护者。 1957年他主管抓右派，打击知识分子，文革后反对精神污染，反自由化，坚持四项原则，六四开枪镇压，不容忍对党不利的言行。但是三年困难时期，他认识到了毛主席的错误，和刘少奇一起对毛主席阳奉阴违，推行三自一包，立刻见效。文革中被打倒，对主席保证永不翻案，复出后实际上搞全面翻案。有骨气，是为了人民，为国家敢跟领袖对着干。文革结束时，国家的经济快崩溃了，从上到下又背着马列毛这些沉重的包袱，必须改革。谁敢挑头干？只有邓小平集权威，权力，见识，魄力于一身，担起了历史的责任。还有谁行？华国锋，剑英，陈云，先念都不行。所以我还是十分敬重老爷子的。我和耀邦都是拉大旗作虎皮，没有老爷子的令箭，当时要改革是寸步难行。当时高层中，元老中，保守势力很强大。中国的国情就是这样，没有合法的反对党，大家就只好在一个党内搞内斗，还要靠一个太上皇来压住阵脚。
邓的改革有底线，一是不能触动老一辈革命家和他们子女的利益，二是马克思毛泽东的旗帜不能倒。所以只准许搞经济改革，政改不动。用旧的政体保护特权，用马克思毛泽东旗帜以示合法。这是邓的局限性，为腐败设立了温床。在他看来，耀邦和我都踩了底线，而且要越过底线。六四以后，邓将人们的注意力转移到发展经济，增加收入，改善生活方面上，确实有效果
人们说毛主席晚年内心很凄凉，狡兔死，走狗烹，身边的人众叛亲离。我看邓也有相似之处。原来的老战友都指望不上，而且常扯改革后腿。我们这些改革干将都靠边站，军中老帅们，老将军们不满对人民开枪，剩下围着他转的人都想利用他的权威达到个人或小集团的利益，他心中明白。如果当时他不管事了，经济改革和政治上的松动都会停滞不前并且后退。因为在台上的人迫不及待地打出了防止和平演变的旗号，重提阶级斗争。老爷子没办法，只好亲自出马，安排南下，发表讲话，严厉警告台上的人，谁不改革谁下台。
江泽民是别人推荐，小平同意的，他自己找不到合意的人了嘛。我看邓选接班人第一条就是不能重新评价六四，这是他的心结，知道党内党外绝大多数人是不同意开枪的，最不愿意死后不久便翻案，江在这点上是没问题的。但是邓观察了不长的一段时间，毫不犹豫地指定了隔代接班人，用意很明显，防止江之后的政坛乌烟瘴气，拉帮结派。隔代接班人也不能为六四翻案，经济改革不能往后退。胡锦涛是个合适的人选，能左右逢源，格守前人定下的规矩。不管人们说邓小平是太上皇，这步棋不得不走，说明他心里很清楚。
邓制定了刑不上大夫的规矩，又家长式地指定两代接班人，接班人在上层没有人事基础，权威不够，就要用特权腐败来拉帮结派，掌控人事。你怎么能指望他们彻底反腐呢？邓种下了祸根，后人浇水施肥，搞到现在树大根深，盘根错节，后人想改也难。

六四运动三十六周年：什么才是最好的纪念？
人类有两种无法治愈的疾病，一种是死亡，另一种是遗忘。我们用悼念、追思和回忆来抵抗遗忘曲线。一个不断遗忘的人甚至没办法证明自己活着。抵抗遗忘就是我们活着的证明。但光是抵抗遗忘还远远不够。抵抗遗忘只是最低限度的纪念。那什么才是最好的纪念？
雅典执政官伯里克利，在雅典阵亡将士葬礼演说中鼓舞雅典人，他说：“你们应该努力学习他们的榜样。你们要下定决心：要自由，才能有幸福；要勇敢，才能有自由。” （谢德风译）
而今，六四运动三十六周年之后，我们要不要停下来问一问自己：我们还像以前一样爱自由吗？我们还像牺牲者一样勇敢吗？而今中国较之三十六年前，是进步了，还是倒退了？ 我们何以会走到今天这一步？
对于牺牲者而言，最大的背叛不是遗忘，也不是对自由生活的信念发生了动摇，不是因为看不到社会出路而变得愤世嫉俗，甚至不是因为我们今天仍然深陷在“所有人反对所有人的战争”中并且安于现状。
我们当然要抵抗遗忘，我们在这一天纪念我们的集体创伤，当然应该纪念。但是我们不应该活在失败阴影下再也走不出来：我们的所有行为不要显示出我们是一个被历史挫败的民族最悲哀的样子。
中国人对于悼念政治有一种十分复杂的情感：先是周恩来之死引发四五运动，后来是胡耀邦之死又引发六四运动，悼念政治本身就有抗争的意味。但是六四运动以后呢？我们依然在悼念，但是悼念政治却没有了。悼念政治式微，不见得就是因为抵抗意志越来越薄弱了，更深层的障碍是一种普遍的社会心理障碍：普遍自我挫败、互相贬低和自我矮化的心结，使得我们不但疏远了政治参与，甚至还疏远了他人。
即便中国的悼念政治式微，中共当局也丝毫没有降低戒备，比如李克强之死就引起当局高度戒备，再往前赵紫阳之死，中共当局也如临大敌般高度戒备。中共当局对悼念政治高度戒备显示出一个外强中干政权对民意的恐慌程度。
既然如此，我们就更要把悼念政治重新树立起来。不仅如此，我们还要做更多工作：我们需要让社会运动重新延烧起来，我们需要让因看不到社会出路而自暴自弃的群体重新振作起来，我们需要用一次又一次的社会互动去打通阻滞的社会环节，我们需要把信心重新还给社会……我们需要改变这一切的一切。
不如就在今天，我们重新拾起悼念政治的传统，像伯里克利时代的雅典人一样勇敢地面对牺牲者的牺牲：我们应该努力学习他们的榜样。我们要下定决心：要自由，才能有幸福；要勇敢，才能有自由。
