The combo of 1) people getting sucked into digital echo chambers and 2) people believing hallucinating AI answers without checking, is going to take a lot to change.
We are in an environment where if things *look* official enough, we’ll usually just instantly believe them. Since nobody has the time or inclination to check everything.
Like, someone can just tweet a picture of me at a conference, and put a quote next to it, and tons of people will take it at face value. People won’t stop and ask “is this actually a quote of hers from this conference?” It could be years ago, out of context, or not said by me at all, but one would never know since it seemed legit enough.
The current counter to this is basically to assume most things are potentially wrong in part or in full, unless further verified. But the risk there is people get detached and don’t bother researching things.
One thing you can do is go through your follow list and remove people/entities who don’t have a high signal ratio. In other words, keep people you agree or disagree with that are locked in and high signal, but remove those who parrot things they don’t understand or spread misinformation on a regular basis.
In an environment of endless quantity, it is more important than ever to elevate quality.

Taking a quick look and two things stand out; committed binary library files and huge commits very much lacking commit notes and details, just version bumps.
Binary files could be deterministically built and compared to known hashes. Commits could include notes about the changes in smaller increments. It appears that many changes are made in private and then only pushed live at each release, lots of opportunity for underhanded coding.

O acidente aconteceu no dia 30 de maio. De acordo com os militares, o carro que carregava cinco mulheres foi atingido na traseira por outro veículo, que bateu no portão de uma cerâmica localizada na região. Nas imagens divulgadas pela Polícia Civil, é possível ver os carros se aproximando (veja o vídeo no início do texto).

Segundo testemunhas, o motorista envolvido no acidente fugiu do local. Os bombeiros fizeram o atendimento da passageira dianteira e de uma das passageiras que estavam na traseira do carro.
“Nossa equipe realizou o atendimento de duas vítimas, sendo uma passageira dianteira, aparentemente sem lesões, e a outra passageira traseira esquerda que relatou não conseguir movimentar os membros superiores e inferiores, queixando-se de dor na cervical”, diz o relato.
De acordo com a Polícia Civil, o carro em que as freiras estavam reduziu a velocidade para acessar uma via lateral nas proximidades da Vila Sol Vermelho quando o acidente aconteceu.

Investigação
O motorista do Hyundai Elantra que fugiu do local se apresentou à delegacia na última terça-feira (3), onde foi ouvido pelos agentes e liberado em seguida. Segundo Sandro Leal Costa, delegado responsável pelo caso, o homem de 25 anos negou que tivesse ingerido bebida alcoólica.
"Ele disse que não sabe o que aconteceu, que estava voltando da casa da namorada e que não tinha bebido. Falou que fugiu do local por medo e que pediu para um amigo ir até o local chamar o socorro", relatou.

Segundo ele, o amigo do motorista ainda será ouvido, assim como as quatro freiras envolvidas no acidente. No relato divulgado pela Polícia Civil, consta que o motorista ainda teria admitido a possibilidade de ter cochilado ao volante.
Enquanto procuravam pelo suspeito, as buscas foram feitas por meio de informações coletadas em análises de imagens de câmeras de segurança. Ainda segundo o delegado, a perícia dos dois carros foi solicitada.
"Como o crime de lesão corporal culposa precisa de representação criminal para responsabilização, caso seja constatada a culpa do condutor, todas as vítimas ainda precisam ser ouvidas para que a investigação avance.
Segundo o delegado Sandro, uma das vítimas estava aguardando para realizar uma cirurgia na clavícula e outra, que teve uma lesão considerável na cervical, passou por cirurgia de contenção de danos no HCN e seria transferida para Goiás. Segundo as informações, a ocorrência de sequelas vai depender das próximas cirurgias.

but bruxism is a generic problem that has mostly genetic factors and there is a lot of other ways that people break their tooth enamel, using teeth on hard objects like stuck metallic bottle caps for example.
