The Shrine of Gamelon is available at last! :kannapray_left::kannapray_middle::kannapray_right:
Damn, this is like unlocking Tourian in Super Metroid.
The climb to the shrine is full of hazards, and smaller shrines to various gods. The top has a red liquid staining the stones. As if sacrifices of some kind are performed here. I wonder if Miyamoto has elaborated on the lore. I should buy that “Hyrula Historia” book to learn more about this region.
The boss guarding the shrine is some wolf man who can shape-shift his head. Apparently when his head turns into a pair of red lips is the only time you can hurt him.
Finally, I get the Wand of Gamelon! :pogchamp: This feels like completing the Champions’ Ballad in BotW. Epic as heck!
