It's currently 2:18 Eastern. We have TTL (Time To Live) set to 1 hour for negative caching (missing records) so it could take up to 32 more minutes in order for it to be resolved if this was the cause. You can try rebooting your device which will clear Android's DNS cache but your DNS resolver server may still have it cached for 32 more minutes.
