I think you have some misconceptions about primal, almost the entire last 2 years I was the only developer of the primal iOS app, and nostr:nprofile1qqsdmxucnhl9uzzq4yjn3ulflp8kwnjlz74styewlwktfk8xeyzlxqs7hl7fu was our only backend dev. We also support other wallets in android and will likely support them in iOS at some point as well.
If I may toot my own horn here, Primal iOS has the best long form reader of all nostr iOS apps, has one of the best feed experiences, is the only client with a built in wallet which is something noobs really appreciate, and doesn’t really fall behind other clients on kind 1 features.
And all that was built from scratch by just two devs in about two years, me on the front end, and Pedja on the back. That’s exactly where all the funding went, and if I may say so myself we have built a lot for just two guys. Maybe you don’t know how much one dev can do in two years, maybe you don’t know how much one dev costs for two years, or maybe you just don’t know how much funding Primal got, but asking where the funding went is personally insulting when I know where the funding went (it went to me) and how much stuff I built for that amount of money.
Let’s compare who built what and for how much money in the same timeframe, I can guarantee that I was more efficient than 90% of other nostr devs.
