2025-01-16 15:07:47GM Nostr, I’m returning after an 8 month hiatus. I took about a 4 month break from all socials before returning to X during the election so I could keep up with the news cycles. I’ve now reached the point where X is just tiresome. The creator payment structure incentivizes engagement farming and led to the rise of anonymous “citizen journalists” who twist headlines into fantastical narratives. As I waded through this cesspool of half-truths, I realized I was missing out on the signals I truly cared about - so, I have returned!
