2月24日，韩国高丽大学中国人学者联谊会发布纳新公告，申请者除了需要是高丽大学中国籍在读留学人员外，还要求热爱共产党，坚决拥护中国共产党的领导。
公开资料显示，高丽大学中国人学者联谊会，是在中国驻韩国大使馆教育处指导和帮助下成立的。
