Lord give me the confidence of an out-of-line older white lady. She argues a bit but ultimately leaves, the other three people look grateful. Two of the three have started chatting with each other, they have similar questions (I love when this happens) about removing cookies on Chrome and I talk to them both together.
Then Susan wants to install anti-virus software while Bob wants to remove his (he has maybe four active programs). I show him add/remove programs and it's a revelation for him.
