I don't think its unreasonable to assume, given the timings of the increases & that the option to apply for Irish Citizenship was always available, that Breixt is the variable at play... we might, as I have said twice, see other compounding factors but the timing would suggest a new variable had been introduced, and its not an unreasonable inference that this was Brexit (and people wanting to avoid its consequences)... do you have a different but similarly timed variable in mind?
