At least twelve people have been injured in an explosion in Grenoble, with two classified as in absolute emergency. Some individuals left the scene before rescuers arrived and were later found in a neighboring district. François Touret-de-Coucy and Catherine Séguin plan to visit the site.
The CHU of Grenoble has activated its emergency white plan, with many firefighters and police on the scene. Victims are being evacuated to CHU Grenoble Alpes.
Preliminary reports suggest the explosion might have resulted from a hand grenade thrown into an associative bar. The incident occurred in Rue Claude-Kogan, in the Village-Olympique district.
