2025-04-03 18:05:40i'm not sure if it exactly qualifies but i was running a freelance biz as a tech support for a bit over a decade 2000-2012, with patches in between of course i did my own marketing, i won a lot of loyal customers, i practised framing things to the positive when things were a bit broken... idk haha
