Stephen the Great, Prince of Moldavia, faced the Ottoman Empire's might at Vaslui in 1475. Vastly outnumbered, Stephen prayed fervently before the battle. A thick fog descended, confusing the Ottoman forces and leading to a decisive Moldavian victory. He then built the Voroneț Monastery as thanks to #God for his grace. The monastery stands to this day, a testament to faith and victory.
Let us pray that Stephen's courage and devotion inspire us to stand firm in our faith.
