Commonwealth countries that are still under the rule of the British monarchs must declare their independence before the 25th of May 2027, otherwise they will be considered colonies and the British Royals or the British government (or any other government under the control of the British Royals including their own current governments) must not interfere in the commonwealth countries’ in anyway to avoid going in coma and the colonisation refund must be paid for each year upcoming year as an end-condition for the British Royals.
Note that until the date mentioned above and for the previous years while being part of the commonwealth the previously requested refunds apply (from 2000, the refund for the natural resources taken unfairly must be paid adequately to the concerned countries’ support account. Also, the colonisation refund for the years from 1900 to 2000 applies (Suez Canal earning for 2019 must be paid for each year to the concerned countries’ support accounts in the Algerian Central Bank)).
Likewise for any lands taken or governed by foreign authorities such as Hawaii governed by the US or the Moroccan lands governed by Spain and so on; the same deadline mentioned above must be respected.
