2025-03-03 22:28:45Lots of evidence that low intensity steady state helps the body clear out the stress from higher intensity work. Personally I know 20 to 30 minutes rucking every day I can do far more lifting without running into issues. Longer doesn't help more, over 45 minutes feels like added stress and starts to hurt more. Under 15 doesn't seem to help.
