the people are born, in america, sovereign. not by virtue of other men or governments, but sovereignty inherently bequethed by the Creator.
its there. the historical miracle occurred.
do they "have to pay"?
no.
do they "volunteer" themselves into various franchise contracts and consequent legal statuses for "benefits and privileges" that carry "rules, regulations and responsibilities" which relegate their god-given rights to the background and leave them even unable to access the proper common law Court to address the violations of their unalienable rights ?
yes.
is this lack of diligence as manifest in the abysmal level of legal ignorance, plain old laziness and vanilla entitlement in the human soul exploited by the Enemy?
you bet!
God made the way. It is still there, waiting for the faithful to realize there can be no stamping His Law out - it can only be obfuscated and distorted through deception and outright fraud and manipulation.
its ALL contracts and agreements, jurisdictions and presumptions of legal status.
the remedy is always there. the remedy MUST be there for the deception to work. thats how it got "encoded" in the first place. and thats God's grace manifest in the word which is the substrate of Law and the Law cannot TRULY depart from its foundation. it can deceptively depart but then it is upon the man INJURED by such deceptions to vigilantly locate, identify, and extract such cancers.
