GM Nostr! A small approach to internal dialogue that I wanted to share.
Don't be afraid of your thoughts. You have no control over them. Don't feel guilt for desiring what you shouldn't have, or thinking things you believe are evil. Some part of your mind is sending those messages, and is doing so for a reason.
You aren't judged on the presence of the thoughts. You're judged on your actions.
Don't bury the thoughts and ignore them, it will only create a feedback cycle that will reinforce the thoughts. Face them, accept that you thought them, try to understand why you thought them, and then be happy knowing you have the ability to choose what to do. It's your defining mark as a human.
