Meal - fruit first (stomach digests the sugary food much faster)
1/2 lb grass fed beef
Sour dough with a whole avocado spread on it
Sautéed onions / garlic / tomato / cooked in grass fed ghee / butter / coconut oil
4 pasture raised eggs
Sweet potato
Slice of Ezekiel bread w boysenberry Jam
100% tangerine juice & OJ
Raw milk
Hydrogen water
Kaizen electrolytes w 10 grams creatine
And need my organic ketchup
Black pepper on everything (stomach digests 5x more of the nutrients)
