The CEOs of Walmart, Target, and Home Depot have reportedly warned the Trump Administration that they may have no choice but to pass some of the costs of the Trump tariffs on to American consumers. 🇺🇸 A wide range of products — from car tires to clothing, many of which are produced in China — have seen price hikes in recent weeks as retailers face increased costs due to tariffs.
The Trump Administration still has no real plans or funding in place to bring jobs back to the United States. The main point of the tariffs seems to be for the federal government to collect money from Americans so that they can afford to give billionaires tax cuts by having Americans pay for them.
