Windows is such absolute trash that I don't understand how anybody gets anything done with it.
Case in point: I want to just run CPU-Z on this new box. I have a Win10 ISO on a Ventoy USB drive. The box has four drives in it. The installer doesn't tell you what drive is what just “0, 1, 2” and their sizes (all 2TB). It doesn't seem to see that there are two SATA drives beyond a SATA port multiplier. It fails to get past formatting and tells me to look at the setup log. What log? No log exists.
