Vulnerability Is Power. 🔥 For so long, I thought strength meant guarding myself…keeping walls high, emotions in check, never letting anyone see too much. I thought control was safety. That being untouched meant being unbreakable.
But real power? It’s not in the armor….It’s in the ability to take it off.
Vulnerability isn’t weakness. It’s the highest form of strength. It means standing fully in who you are, unguarded and unfiltered. It means trusting yourself enough to stay open, even when you’ve been hurt before. It means knowing that even if you fall, you will rise again.
The nervous system learns what we teach it. If we teach it that love is unsafe, we’ll push it away. If we teach it that vulnerability is danger, we’ll stay small. But when we show it that openness and power can coexist, we step into something greater…a strength so deep it doesn’t need defense.
Because true power isn’t in how well you protect yourself. It’s in how boldly you let yourself be seen.
