I would tend to think that people making criminal decisions (compared to some underling that was just carrying out tasks), would have already looked into some/most of these topics. Caveat: I tend to overestimate people's awareness and capabilities 🤣
Search results can be gamed too. It would be trivial for a large organization to blast a region with pre-selected search terms.
I have no doubt many of the swindlers that we've hired are all "arms and elbows" right now, and looking for the best way to cover their asses.
