Morning Coffee Confessions:
In 2020, I tried convincing my mom to invest in Bitcoin, but she wasn’t sold. Stablecoins, though, clicked for her. Mom opened a Gemini account and put a couple thousand dollar$ into USDG, then staked it on Celsius for yield. ⚠️
As you know, Celsius filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Since mom used stablecoins, she got a full payout last year… ironically, in Bitcoin.
Now she’s holding onto it, declaring she’ll never sell.
She says it’s my inheritance.
