This area is being developed in preparation for the 2025 Osaka-Kansai Expo, and it is expected that boat traffic will be possible all the way to the Expo venue.
It marks the beginning of a new era for my hometown, once called the "City of Water."
I am particularly focused on the changes in this area, which is a key point for both flood control and water use.
